See how GroSupport enlightens, encourages, and empowers patients to take control of their growth hormone treatment.
GroSupport can help your NGENLA patients and their caregivers through the challenges of growth hormone treatment and help them reach their treatment goals.
After signing up for GroSupport, resources that patients will have access to include:
- Booklets—Growth hormone disorder—specific disease education and emotional support brochures, available online and as printed booklets you can share
- Web articles based on the personalized content
- Online portal—On-demand interactive tools, including a growth tracker, sticker tools, device training, real patient videos, and e-mail alerts
- Nurse-centric support—Your patients can have access to trained nurses to help them come up with a treatment plan, answer questions, and provide information on topics ranging from disease education and treatment to coping with their condition, addressing concerns, building confidence, and strengthening connections
Please direct patients or their caregivers to sign up online at [insert link]. Patients under the age of 16 will be able to sign up with their caregiver, and have access to the information through their caregiver's account.
